PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
Personnel. The Services must be performed in a timely, competent, professional, and workmanlike manner by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable laws.
Subcontractors. Company may utilize independent contractors or subcontractors to perform all or part of the Services. Company will remain solely responsible for the performance of all the Services that are subcontracted.
Materials. Except as otherwise specified in a Work Order, the Company will be responsible for and supply all necessary equipment, materials, and other resources required to perform the Services.
Access. To perform the service at the estimated time, it is necessary that you give us access to your property.
Cancel Cleaning Services.
Once you’ve made an appointment with Mayra Home Cleaner LLC, we select this time exclusively and respectively for you. If you cancel within less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the cleaning service rate. We kindly ask for a 48 hours notice of cancelation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment; however, that will be subject to availability.
Time Cleaning. Cleaning time varies depending on the work to be performed. We don't work by the hour. Our work is finished when we have carried out all the agreed points of the agreed work.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidential Information: "Confidential Information" shall mean any and all non-public information, whether written, oral, or in any other form, disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party, including, but not limited to, customer lists, pricing information, trade secrets, business plans, marketing strategies, financial data, proprietary software, and any other information designated by the Disclosing Party as confidential in nature.
Obligations of Receiving Party:
-The Receiving Party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information and to use it solely for the purpose of the agreed-upon cleaning services.
-The Receiving Party shall not disclose the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information to any third party without obtaining the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.
-The Receiving Party shall take all reasonable measures to safeguard the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information from unauthorized use, access, or disclosure. These measures shall be at least as protective as those employed by the Receiving Party to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature.
-The Receiving Party shall only disclose the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information to its employees, contractors, or agents who have a legitimate need to know the information and who have been informed of their obligation to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
Exclusions from Confidentiality:
-The obligations set forth in this Agreement shall not apply to any information that:
Is already known to the Receiving Party at the time of disclosure, as evidenced by written records;
- Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the Receiving Party;
-Is rightfully received by the Receiving Party from a third party without any obligation of confidentiality;
-Is independently developed by the Receiving Party without reference to the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information.
Return of Confidential Information:
Upon the written request of the Disclosing Party, the Receiving Party shall promptly return or destroy all copies of the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information, including any summaries or extracts thereof, and provide written certification of such destruction.
TERM AND TERMINATION AGREEMENT
Termination; Termination Fee.
Client may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to Company. Services to Client will end, unless noted otherwise, on the last day of that month’s billing cycle. Customer shall pay the equivalent of 100% of the total unpaid amounts of any Service Fees associated with any pending Work Order.

House Cleaning Services Disclaimer
- Mayra Home Cleaner LLC does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as rust, mildew or other caused by hard water build up or lack of maintenance.
- All areas are expected to be free of clutter to clean properly.
- Fireplaces must be unused for 72 hours prior to cleaning.
- We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care. (If something is broken or in bad condition) We will not clean objects or areas that are vulnerable to breaking, a message will be sent to you when this happens.
- All surfaces (marble, granite, tile, hard wood floors, etc. are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.)
- Mayra Home Cleaner LLC will NOT be responsible for cleaning up any incomplete remodeling or construction project.
- If your pets do not recognize other people and become uncomfortable with our presence, we ask that you take them to a special area while we clean your property.
- We only clean windows and blinds that can be reached with a 3-step ladder.
- The presence of other workers or an excess of people in the house might cause the estimate to be inaccurate.
- No heavy furniture will be moved.
- We do not wash clothes, do not wash dishes, we do not clean anything that is outside the house or garage.
- Scheduled cleaning time varies according to the work done. We do not work for hours. Our job is done when we finish the agreed work.
